AVAILABILITY & SCHEDULING

Kimberly M. Roberts is available year-round for any of the programs and performances she offers.

When initially looking at possible dates for your event/residency/performance, please be aware of the following:

  • Please reach out to other schools in your area when considering a school assembly.  Although the band members who accompany Mrs. Roberts have been performing for many years, they are not full-time performers and will be taking a personal day off from work to visit your school.  If at all possible, the band tries to book two schools on the same day (one for the morning and one in the afternoon) to make best use of the band members' personal vacation time.  Discounts are given for block booking. 

  • Mrs. Roberts is able to offer "creative scheduling."  She has worked with schools where she visits 3 Thursdays in a row, a Friday/Monday/Tuesday with a Tuesday night PTO performance, etc.  She can schedule your school in whatever manner is best for your school's schedule.  Please make her aware of any special scheduling needs when you contact her.
